The international economy again has spotted "Human Capital" as a factor of success. Numerous enterprises today recognize the urgency of early measures and are investing in related programs and sponsorships. Border-crossing, comprehensive and independent projects in the sector of "Human Capital", particularly with a specific focus on "High Potentials", are asked for now as ever. Inspired by that fact, the idea was born to create a worldwide association to support and bring together these "High Potentials" with the international economy. The initiators were able to start this project with the support of the "EADS Space". After a comprehensive time of development, the High Potential Network was officially founded as an (worldwide) association. "Unless you try to do something on something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow."
