PROJECT#15: "High Potential in Central and Eastern Europe"
INTERNATIONAL PROJECT TENDER No. 15: To identify and select potential junior managers and create media coverage for project investors by expanding the High Potential Network (HPN) in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
Durch den Ausbau des High Potential Network (HPN) in den zentral- und osteuropäischen Ländern werden potentielle Nachwuchskräfte für westliche Unternehmen identifiziert und selektiert sowie regionale Medienpräsenz für die beteiligten Projektinvestoren erzeugt.
The Vienna-based managing project team of HPN will serve as a gateway for investors from West European countries and High Potentials in countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The team will develop specific concepts to be implemented locally in the target countries. After an initial phase, the network will grow independently. The advantage of this project lies in its sustainability.
