Hide content (facts)
 
Hiding content is similar to the trash bin function. Hidden objects are not displayed in the service filings and structure.

Shortcuts can only be deleted (see Delete shortcuts).

In order to hide a fact, proceed as follows:

(1) Open the fact you want to hide.

(2) If you want to access the hidden fact later on, it is advisable to write down the infoID.

(3) Click on “delete” in the left column.

(4) Click on “hide”.



The fact is hidden now. However, it is still accessible via its infoID.

If you want to undo the hiding of a fact, you have to publish a new version (see "Unhide content (facts)").
