Generally, this category comprises males and females beginning from the year of their school leaving exams till the end of their studies.In contrast to the most common definitions of "High Potentials", the HIGH POTENTIAL NETWORK does not use empirical-analytical calculations, but focuses on outstanding performances in the following areas:
- achievements at school, university
- non-formal education
- extra-curricular activities
- international and national experience
- additional qualifications
In addition, we are not strictly demanding that a person's potential already has to be totally developed because it is also one of the HIGH POTENTIAL NETWORK's goals to support members in order to develop their full potential.
