If necessary read and write permissions
can be also assigned only to individual users. For that you must make
some extra adjustments. You must specify, which users are allowed to
assign read and write permissions also to individual users for their facts (Text, News, Downloads, etc.).
Consideration for administration
- Please note that with this option many facts could be easily created
without being visible, editable or erasable by the platform
administrators.
Procedure:
|1| Click in the main menu on Groups & Users
|2| Click on the permission button next to the Advanced permissions row.
|3| You now see a table with all groups, and the users in each group.
|4| By checking/un-checking the checkboxes, select groups or individual users.
|5| Save your selection, by clicking on the save list button at the end
