Procedure:

(1) Open the album to which you want to add an image.

(2) Click on "upload single slide" in the options area (left column).

(3) An opens.

(4) Insert a title.

(5) Click on "Browse..." next to the field "Upload image". Choose the image from the
      appropriate folder. You can upload images in .jpg, .gif or .png format.

(6) In the filed "Resize", you can indicate the maximum size of the image you are about to upload.
      If the size of the image exceeds the maximum, it will be scaled down accordingly during the
      upload process. You may choose a number between 100 and 650 pixels.

(7) If required, insert a description and click on "next >>".

(8) Set the permissions and click on "preview >>".

(9) If you want to change anything, click on "edit". If you are satisfied with the preview,
      click on "publish".

A zip-file allows you to add several images at once to an album. Your zip-file needs to meet the following requirements:

> Use .gif, .jpg or .png images.
> The file size of one image must not exceed 1 MB.
   Images bigger than 1 MB will not be uploaded to the platform.
> The zip-file may contain up to 50 images. Zip-files with more than 50
   images will be refused by the system.

(1) Open the album to which you want to add an image.

(2) Click on "upload multiple slides" in the options area (left column).

(3) An opens.

(4) Click on "Browse..." next to the field "Upload zip archive". Choose the zip-file from the
      appropriate folder.

(5) Insert a title and a description. You can adapt the title and the description for each
      individual image later on.

(6) The field "scale to/if one size more than" allows you to indicate the maximum size of the
      images you are about to upload. If the size of an image exceeds the maximum, it will be
      scaled down accordingly during the upload process. You may choose a number between 100
      and 650 pixels.

(7) Set the permissions. You can adapt the permissions for each individual picture later on.

(8) Click on "next >>". Please be patient! The uploading process may take a while.

(9) Now, you see a list of all pictures which have been uploaded to the platform. If required, you
      can adapt the title, the description and the permissions for each individual picture. In order to
      do so, click in the checkbox next to the respective picture (see picture below, point 1).
      Then, click on "edit" at the bottom of the list (see picture below, point 2).

(10) In order to publish several pictures at once, click in the checkboxes on the right side and then
        on "publish" at the bottom of the list (see picture above, point 3).

(11) If you want to adapt the sequence of the pictures, highlight one ore more pictures by clicking
        in the checkboxes on the right side. Then, click on the arrow on the right side next to the
        picture above which you want to move the previously highlighted pictures.
