Vice chairman Ms Isabell Claus and one of our High Potential members Ms
Kristin Augsburg visited the German Business Council Dubai for a presentation
and Iftar dinner with the topic "Al Jazeera and media changes in the region"
(presenter: Mr. Ahmed Mustafa, Business Editor, Al Jazeera Channel, Doha,
Qatar) at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai. The is a non-governmental and non profit-seeking
association founded in 1990. At present the German Business Council Dubai
has 175 members comprising German and UAE companies, their representatives
as well as German, UAE and other nationals, engaged in business activities
in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The objective is to support commercial
and personal relations between its members and to promote economic, social
and cultural relations between the UAE and Germany.
